Elizabeth (Betty) Lepps, Director of Urban Relationships, Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation. As Vancouver Park Board's new Director of Urban Relationships, Betty brings a wealth of experience and education, and a deep humanity and kindness to the role. She co-led the housing of over 280 folks from Strathcona Park in her previous role at BC Housing. She was also instrumental in developing the first restorative justice court in Calgary. She has a background in Childcare Leadership and Social Work, and her work on systemic change with vulnerable populations is highly lauded at municipal, ministerial, community and national levels.
