Organizer: Let's Hike T.O.Park Name: Humber River On Saturday, September 25, Let's Hike T.O., Toronto's diversity-focused hiking group, will be leading a 10 km socially distanced hike leaves from Old Mill Station where we will walk north along the Humber River up to Lawrence Avenue. Along the way, we will be met by a guest speaker from the local Indigenous community in Toronto who will share with us the importance of the Humber River in centuries past. In addition, we will also learn about some of the projects that are currently taking place by the river. Hike participants will be encouraged to discuss how Torontonians can treat the ravines with care and respect like Indigenous communities from centuries before. Questions?
