Light up the Night in Champlain Heights: Lantern Procession

Light up the Night Champlain Heights is a lantern festival celebrating art & nature. In the lead up to our main event, Free the Fern will offer free nature lantern workshops, using sticks, leaves, and pressed flowers from the Red Alder trail. On Sunday, Dec 18, at 6:30pm, the Carnival Band will lead an illuminated lantern procession from Kinross Creek Co-op (8001 Curate Wynd), down the Red Alder Trail. We will return for hot chocolate, cookies, and music.
