Tree Breathing

Event description TBA: "BreathingTrees : Outdoor Drawing and Meditation session." The session will include observation drawing/painting of the tress in the park, as well as doing a walking nature meditation to "breathe with the trees". The workshop will use art and nature activities as a way to increase mental wellness and social connection for the community. We will provide snacks and beverages for attendees, as well as prizes such as art supplies, free art classes
