Jamaican Cultural Association of Nova Scotia

We hold our annual Caribbean Diaspora Multicultural Celebration on the Halifax South Commons on the Halifax Natal Day, the first Monday in August. This is an event that is looked forward to by the local Caribbean Community as well as many others. It affords an opportunity for so many to come together to enjoy and display our music, culture, food and fun. It also has become, because of our significant Education component, an opportunity for our young people to be inspired by the contribution of so many individuals to life in province of Nova Scotia.
