Muses North Art & Music Productions

Celebrating unique expressions of multidimensional art in the heart of the community. Events take place in green spaces, plazas and parks in city central areas. It is free admission for all to attend. See, hear and explore healthy, fun activities, dance to inspiring music and try out interesting, healthy activities. It is an annual, one day event in various locations in Alberta since 2012 with plans to expand to other urban areas in Canada.
The creator and producer, Mitchell Robert Cedar, has been active in amateur and professional music, arts and entertainment as well as working professionally in the human wellness and rehabilitation therapy fields for over 30 years. He says:
“As a parent, artist and therapist I believe in the inherent value to a community when positive values and healthy living are promoted thru the arts. I want to take an active roll in building safe and wholesome communities that celebrate our diversities. I want to promote entertainment that is suitable for both children and adults alike in the same venue.”

The 'Revolution Love Live/One World Revolution' interactive event goes for about 2 1/2 hours after which time the performers and musicians meet and greet audience members off stage. Performers then take interested persons thru interactive instruction in drumming and percussion, and creative movement such as juggling and hoola hooping. Interactive crafting includes instruction in how to recycle plastic water bottles and paper to make musical shakers and origami art.
