Neighbours Sharing Native and Pollinator Plants

Our objective has evolved to be the planting of larger native and pollinator gardens in public accessible spaces in our city of Vaughan. Our objective started as a way to support local birds, bees, butterflies and web of living things by exchanging native and pollinator plants to add to our gardens by sharing our own planting. The very active members of our group collect native plant seeds. collect monarch butterfly eggs to nurture to mature butterflies, planting pollinator gardens for organizations and for our local parks, helping to sell native plants on opening day at the Woodbridge Village Farmers' Market, promoting the group at the Woodbridge Fair, etc.
