PCD – Women Supportive Network

Positive Community Development is a community led non-profit organization and cultural hub situated in the Humber Summit community, committed to empowering people of all ages and backgrounds living in Toronto’s priority neighborhoods.Our focus areas include Community Development, Women Empowerment, Poverty Relief and Cultural Advancement. We have facilitated programs in community parks and during Covid-19 promoted gardening as a self-care strategy for many isolated and vulnerable communities. We work with seniors, youth and survivors of Gender Based Violence, and urge them to use community parks to as a way to overcome isolation.

We're looking for volunteers in these areas:
