Strathcona Centre Community League

Strathcona Centre is one of the oldest community league in the city of Edmonton. Citizens of Strathcona formed the South-Side Community League in 1918. Strathcona Community League is committed to providing barrier free experiences to our community in keeping with the mandate we have as part of Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues.

Strathcona Community League provides recreational and social activities to our members andcommunity. Examples of programs and events are Green shack, Pole Walking, Community Gardens, Youth Hockey, Learn to Skate Adult and Children, Soccer, Moms and Tots playgroup, Outdoor Movie Night, Pub Night, Fall Arts Barbeque, Winterfest, Big Bin Event, Yoga, Zumba, Aikida, La Leche League, Ukulele, Childrens Art, Free clothing/items exchange program, and Kids Fringe Events.

Things we do:

  • cleanups
