The Indigenous Guides of Parkdale

The Indigenous Guides of Parkdale are a community group whose members are of Indigenous, First Nations, Metis and Inuit ancestries, that currently or have lived and worked in the Parkdale area and are engaged in land-based cultural work. We steward Native plant Medicines and Traditional foods, of rare ancestral varieties, and collectively practice our 13 Moon ceremonies and honourable harvest. We are family oriented and gather with committed Covid safety protocols. We are supported by Elder Catherine Tammaro, seated Faith Keeper of the Wyandotte of Anderdon Nation.
