Tommy Thompson Park

Tommy Thompson Park (TTP), Toronto's urban wilderness offers refuge for wildlife and people alike within the City. Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) leads educational environmental activities at TTP using passive recreation and with great consideration for the park’s ecological communities. In fact, TTP activities often provide opportunities to learn about our shared ecological communities and how we can appreciate them with respect.

Activities are offered year round, although spring and fall migration certainly brings the greatest diversity of park visitors! Activities include a regular, free walk series that cover topics such as wildlife and park history. Additionally we offer workshops and environmental events focused on nature, natural phenomenon and the unique features of TTP.
