TreeTrackers.ca

TreeTrackers.ca is a group running under the supervision of the Association for Canadian Educational Resources (acer-acre.ca). Our goal is to get more trees planted in urban areas, and track/measure/monitor the tree canopy, including estimating the green house gas sequestration.

Parks we work in:

  • Chelsea Park

Things we do:

  • adopt-a-tree program
  • environmental education
  • gardening
  • invasive species removal
  • tree inventory

We're looking for volunteers in these areas:

  • Regular volunteers
  • Occasional volunteers
