Together, let’s celebrate Montreal’s park friend groups! The Montreal Park People Network is thrilled to invite you to a festive gathering at la TOHU in Frédéric-Back Park on Thursday, October 5, 2023, starting at 3:30 pm.
Join us for the 3rd edition of the Montreal Park Forum to connect with like-minded enthusiasts, professionals, and dedicated citizens who share a passion for Montreal’s parks and green spaces. This free and welcoming event offers a fantastic networking opportunity to make valuable connections and help you better activate your local park in Montreal.
The 3rd Montreal Park Forum will be held in French. La TOHU is accessible to people with limited mobility. The optional park tour, however, involves walking on gravel paths.
Two hour-long guided tours with a maximum of 20 people are scheduled: one starting at 3:45 p.m. and the second at 4:00 p.m.
Explore the paths of Frédéric-Back Park. From a former quarry to a landfill site, learn how this unique area is gradually transformed into a large public park dedicated to the environment, culture, sports and leisure.

La TOHU is accessible to people with limited mobility. The optional park tour, however, involves walking on gravel paths that may be difficult to access. The tour will last about an hour by walk.
The guided tour of Frédéric Back Park is optional. If you don’t want to or can’t take part, you can join us at 4:30 p.m. for the start of the networking activities.
Yes, the forum will take place on the same date in case of bad weather. Please dress appropriately for the weather (umbrella, waterproof jacket, waterproof shoes) for all activities, considering the event is held in a semi-covered outdoor area.
