It provides a hub for various citizen activities, serving as a space for connection.

FAQ

Upon arriving at the main entrance of the Botanical Garden, should I register at the reception desk?

The reception staff has been informed about the event. You will simply need to mention Montreal Park Forum and present your confirmation ticket. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at a welcome table located in front of the Tree Pavilion. The Forum organizers will be there to check you in and provide you with your name badge.

How do I register for the guided tour?

You can register for the Arboretum Guided Tour at the same time you register for the event. Simply check “yes” to the question “Souhaitez-vous participer à une des visites guidées du Jardin botanique à 15h?”. Spots are limited, so don’t delay in booking yours.

I am not participating in the guided tour; what time should I arrive?

The guided tour of the Botanical Garden’s Arboretum is optional. If you’re unable to attend the tour or would rather not, we invite you to join us at 3:30 pm for the start of our networking activities.

Is the forum maintained in case of bad weather?

Yes, the forum will still take place on the scheduled date in case of bad weather, as the Frédéric-Back Tree Pavilion is an indoor space. If you are joining the guided tour, please dress appropriately for the weather, including an umbrella, a waterproof jacket, and water-resistant shoes.

Accessibility Information

  • Language: This event will be hosted in French only.

We recommend using public transportation whenever possible.
