Tamiko Suzuki is a trained ANFT (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy) forest guide. Recently retired from a career in health sciences, Tamiko has spent every spare minute out in nature whether hiking, backcountry skiing, sailing, leading school kids in stream studies, or gardening and stopping to listen to the birds. As an environmental activist, she feels that in order to care about the environment, we need to disconnect from our screens, get outside, and rekindle our love and relationship with Nature.
