As Executive Director of Les Amis de la montagne, a nonprofit dedicated to the protection of Mount Royal and its namesake park, Hélène leads the organization in its role as a steward of Montreal’s iconic mountain through advocacy, civic engagement and environmental education. Previously, Hélène served as a director of public affairs and advancement at the Université de Montréal, Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, and the Canadian Centre for Architecture. An advocate for public space activation with a focus on environmental and heritage conservation, Hélène is committed to supporting Park People in its vital contribution to building strong communities and resilient cities across Canada.
