Joy is the Manager of Research and Partnerships at Park People and facilitates national research and network engagement that supports organizations and park professionals working in green spaces and large urban parks. Joy holds expertise in social science research, program evaluation and community engagement and has both an academic background in place theory and lived, professional experience in the creation of place through community.
