The Associate Director, Development runs the day-to-day execution of Park People’s fundraising program. The successful candidate will think upstream, plan for, and leverage the collective development capacity of the leadership team and development staff to optimize fundraising and stewardship opportunities. The Associate Director, Development will ensure that the organization’s fundraising engine is structured, accountable, entrepreneurial, and active, and will translate fundraising strategy into clear plans, pipelines, and systems.

This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, with 2 days of required in-person office time, attendance at many sector events, and some travel within Canada.
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
Anticipated Start Date: Flexible, Aug-Sept 2026
