Barbara Rufo is a psychosociologist and group dynamics specialist. She currently serves as Co-Executive Director of Parole d’excluEs*, an organization working to combat poverty and exclusion by co-creating transformative projects WITH the people directly affected, particularly in Montréal-Nord.
Previously, she worked in institutional, private, and community settings in Quebec, Europe, and Africa. As an organizational development consultant for more than 20 years, she is skilled at building diverse partnerships to develop projects with significant territorial impact. She is also a human rights advocate who works toward a fairer and more empathetic world.
