Founder and Community Engagement Lead, Jardins pour tous
Founder of Jardins pour tous*, Geneviève Dubé has worked in the community and philanthropic sectors for nearly 20 years, including with Doctors without Borders and United Way.
In the Milton-Parc neighbourhood, she transforms asphalt into spaces that foster biodiversity and social inclusion by creating complete ecosystems that include green roofs, community greenhouses, and medicinal and native gardens. In 2025, she launched Indigenous Peoples Garden, a space for inclusion and the sharing of ancestral knowledge in the heart of Milton-Parc.
Her expertise in sustainable development is reflected in the implementation of greening strategies and the creation of five inclusive social spaces. Also an expert in philanthropy and major gifts, she places equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at the heart of her projects. In terms of community engagement, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Centre d’écologie urbaine and on the steering committee of Transition en Commun (TeC), while also leading the Environment portfolio on the Board of the Communauté Milton-Parc.
