Director of Programs, Park People
Natalie Brown (she/her) is the Director of Programs at Park People, the only national, bilingual organization solely dedicated to championing city parks in Canada. She leads Park People’s programming team, supporting staff from coast to coast as they connects people and communities with the tools they need to create great parks for everyone. Prior to this, she served as Park People’s National Network Manager, spearheading the organization’s growth from a local focus on Toronto parks to supporting the urban parks movement across Canada. She believes that urban parks and green spaces are an under-appreciated and critical element in building equitable and resilient Canadian cities for our shared future.
